Major Bosio directly contributed to the successful security expansion of the Afghan National Army within Uruzgan and protected the lives of Australian soldiers through the delivery of field engineering projects and through his close oversight of improvised explosive device detection and destruction. He also transformed strategic requirements into workable plans to transfer security to Afghan leadership. Major Bosio made a significant contribution to the achievement of the Mentoring Task Force - Two mission.
