Lance Corporal George Wills with the original Quintus at Garden Island on the morning 12th May 1967 when 5 RAR returned to Sydney aboard HMAS Sydney.
George had left South Vietnam with the advance party to return to Australia to be the Battalion Mascot handler and was at Garden Island with Quintus and a fellow from Taronga Park Zoo to greet the battalion on its return to Australia.
