Opening Pre-School Ceremony

Major Troy [Ramage], as the locals knew him, at the opening of a pre-school at the end of Charlie Five's tour of Iraq in December 2007. In addition to classic patrolling and ambushing, the combat team facilitated shaping operations like this construction project, funded through the Commander's Emergency Response Program, to influence the operational environment during a war amongst the people.
